Welcome to our brand new SweepStar Performance Awards Program! 

You have all been working very hard and starting on the 1st of November 2023 we want to reward you for your achievements!

How it works

1. When you've reached one of the things on the achievement list, SweepSouth will reward you with a prize of your choice!
2. You must select your prize within 7 days of receiving the notification or you will lose it.
3. If you select a Shoprite Voucher, you can only get your voucher when the value is R50 or more. For this reason, we have a SweepStar Voucher 'Tab'. You can 'save' your Voucher with us and let it increase every time you win a prize, and when your SweepStar Voucher 'Tab' Balance gets to R50, you can 'cash out'. When you cash out, we will send you the Shoprite Voucher with the amount that you cashed out.
4. Notifications will be sent out the first week of every month, to those who won in the previous month. In the notification, we will send you a form to complete (to select your prize).
5. We will send your prize selection within 3 days of receiving your prize selection.
6. It is your responsibility to let us know when you have had a One-Time Client who booked a recurring set with you. Once you complete the 6th booking with this Client, complete this form and we will reward you with a prize of your choice within 3 days!
7. The value of the voucher will depend on what you achieved.
8. Refer a Friend Award: Only applies if you refer Outdoor SweepStars who get onboarded and complete their first 5 bookings.

• We Add 5x 5-Star Ratings to your profile
• We remove the most recent negative rating from your profile

Voucher Tab Explained

What does it mean to have a Voucher Tab and how can you use it to your benefit? 

Our SweepStar Voucher Tab is a similar concept to Laybuys.  Laybuys means you put your desired item on Laybuy and pay it off daily/weekly/monthly. Once you've paid it off, you get to take your item home. 

The Voucher Tab is similar.  Your desired item is a Shopright Voucher of R50 or more.  Most prizes are of the value of R20 though.  This means you need to accumulate your prizes until your balance is R50 or more, then you can cash-out (you get to take your Shopright Voucher home).
