Sweepsouth is not liable for any actions, behaviour, or incidents caused by your dog during the walk, including but not limited to aggression, injury to other animals or people, property damage, or any other unforeseen circumstances. As the dog owner, you acknowledge that while the dog walker will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your dog and others, Sweepsouth is not responsible for any events arising from the dog’s actions. In the event of an incident, Sweepsouth will offer support where possible, but the legal responsibility lies with the dog owner.

The dog owner is also responsible for providing medical care to the dog walker in the event of an injury caused by the dog (e.g., a dog bite).

Booking Cover: Sweepsouth’s Booking Cover policy (available here) does not apply to Dog Walking services and will not cover any incidents that occur during the dog walk.
