What are Subscription bookings?
Hi Star 👋
Subscription bookings are regular bookings where a customer chooses to keep working with you on fixed days of the week and sets their own price.
With Subscription bookings, you get 100% of the booking price the customer sets.
Everything still happens inside the SweepSouth app.
How does it work?
The customer sets the daily rate
You get 100% of the agreed rate
You are paid weekly on Wednesday, as usual
Bookings will still show in your SweepSouth worker app
You can still receive job requests from other customers if you have availability
Important things to know
💰 Pay
The customer decides the rate they pay you per day
SweepSouth makes sure the rate is not below the minimum allowed
If you want a raise, you must speak to the Sweepsouth directly.
📅 Fixed days
Subscription bookings are for fixed days each week
The customer can remove days of the week
To add more days, the customer must contact Support who will ask you if you want to work more days a week on Subscription for this customer
🤒 Replacement & leave
If you are sick or need to take emergency leave, SweepSouth will arrange a replacement for the customer
This only applies when you take leave
If you decline a booking, a replacement is not arranged
Being reliable is very important for subscription bookings.
📲 Managing your work
You still need to mark 'Ready to go', 'In-transit', 'Arrived' and job 'complete' in the worker app
You can still accept other jobs if you are available
