What is an Airbnb cleaning booking?
This is a special cleaning service for short-term accomodation like Airbnbs or guest houses. It is a professional turnover clean to get your property guest-ready after every stay. We clean, sanitise and reset the space to your preferred setup. Optional extras like laundry and restocking supplies can be added. Fast, reliable, and designed to help you maintain 5-star standards.
How Do I Book an Airbnb clean?
Booking is simple! Just follow these steps:
1๏ธโฃ Select Airbnb Cleaning when making your booking.
2๏ธโฃ Add the date and time and the number of hours you need the worker for
3๏ธโฃ Select the number of hours you need assistance. You can book from 3 hours to 8 hours, depending on your house size and needs.
4๏ธโฃ Add your payment details: You can pay upfront using Snapscan or instant EFT or add your credit card details. Credit Cards will receive a reservation hold (pre-authorisation) but the funds will only be deducted after the booking is complete
5๏ธโฃ We do the rest! We select one of our fantastic SweepStars for you and send them to your office on your booking date
6๏ธโฃ You are billed for each service the evening after the booking is complete
What is included in the clean?
LIVING ROOM
Includes all general cleaning plus guest-ready presentation:
๐น Dust all furniture, dรฉcor, and surfaces
๐น Vacuum and/or mop floors
๐น Dust and wipe skirtings
๐น Check for and remove any guest items or rubbish
KITCHEN
Clean and full reset:
๐น Wipe down all counters, sinks, taps, and appliances
๐น Wash and pack away all dishes (or load and run dishwasher)
๐น Wipe exterior of cupboards, fridge, oven, dishwasher
๐น Spot-clean walls, splashbacks, and high-touch areas
๐น Clean inside microwave, kettle exterior, toaster, coffee machine (if requested on booking)
๐น Empty bins and clean the bin area
๐น Mop floors
๐น Remove all leftover food items from guests
๐น Restock kitchen consumables: Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, pods/tablets, paper towels (if requested on booking)
BEDROOMS
Hotel-style reset:
๐น Dust all furniture and surfaces
๐น Strip beds and remove used linen
๐น Make bed with fresh, correctly fitted linen
๐น Vacuum and/or mop floors
๐น Dust and wipe skirtings
๐น Remove any guest items or rubbish. Check under the bed and inside cupboards for left-behind belongings
๐น Ensure dรฉcor and furniture are neatly arranged
BATHROOMS
Sanitisation and presentation:
๐น Clean and disinfect shower, bath, basin, and all taps
๐น Thorough toilet clean
๐น Wipe counters, shelves, and mirrors
๐น Spot-clean walls and high-touch areas
๐น Wipe outside of cupboards and bathroom cabinets
๐น Empty bins and clean bin area
๐น Mop floors
๐น Replace towels with clean, neatly folded or hung sets
๐น Restock bathroom consumables (toilet paper)
๐น Restock toiletries: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash (if requested on booking)
EXTRAS
Please specify your laundry preferences when booking. Let us know whether you would like the SweepStar to wash, dry, and repack the linen/towels, or simply place used laundry in the designated basket. You will need to book enough time to cover the option you choose.
NOT INCLUDED
Checking or replacing missing inventory items (e.g., utensils, mugs, glasses)
Providing or purchasing extra supplies. We can only restock items that are already available in the property.
