EarnMore is a page inside the SweepSouth Worker App that helps you find and grab extra jobs. These jobs are open for any eligible SweepStar to take — first click, first serve.

Below is a simple guide on how EarnMore shows you jobs, and why you may or may not see certain bookings.

Where do I find EarnMore?

Open the Worker App
→ Tap “EarnMore”
→ You will see jobs that are available for you to accept.

All EarnMore jobs are shown in one place.

Which jobs will I see?

EarnMore shows jobs based on your profile and your performance.

1. Services

You will only see jobs for the services you have successfully qualified for, for example:

• Indoor Cleaning
• Outdoor Cleaning
• Mom’s Helper
• Elder Care
• Extra Care
• Office Cleaning (if approved)
• Airbnb Cleaning

If you are not qualified to work for that service, you will not see bookings for that service.

2. Your areas (location)

You will only see jobs in the areas you added to your profile.

If an area is not added, EarnMore will not show jobs from that place.

3. Your performance

To see EarnMore jobs, you must have:

• Reliability Score of 75 or higher, and
• Rating of 4.2 stars or higher

If either score is too low, you won’t see EarnMore jobs until it improves.

4. Your availability

EarnMore checks your time:

• If you already have a booking at the same time, EarnMore will not show you another job for that time slot.
• If you are free, you will see all matching jobs.

Important:
EarnMore does not look at the working days you selected in your profile (e.g., “I work Wednesdays and Fridays”).

This means you can grab jobs on any day of the week, as long as you are not already booked.

Why is this important?

This system helps make sure:

• You only see jobs you can attend to
• Customers get fast confirmation
• You have a better chance to earn more money safely and correctly

Tips to see more jobs

You can increase the number of EarnMore jobs you see by:

• Apply for more services
• Request to add more areas you can travel to
• Keeping your rating high
• Avoid incidents to keep your reliability strong
• Make sure to update your available days in the worker app so we know when you're free

❗Do NOT take a booking unless you are 100% sure you can attend.

If you take a job and then submit leave:

• The customer loses trust
• The customer may stop using SweepSouth
• This reduces bookings for all SweepStars
• Your reliability score drops
• You may not see EarnMore jobs again

Only take jobs when you know you can arrive on time, in the right area.
