Trust Score: Sweepstar Questions & Answers
What is the Trust Score?
The Trust Score shows if you are following the rules of Sweepsouth. When you follow the rules, we know that we can trust you with bookings.
Why does Sweepsouth have a Trust Score?
Customers trust Sweepsouth and continue booking when Sweepstars act like professionals. That is why we have rules that help us see who is professional and who is not.
Professional means you:
- Arrive on time
- Confirm bookings before cut-off
- Show up to bookings
- Close the job on time
- Communicate with Support when things go wrong
When stars do not follow the rules:
- Customers stop booking with Sweepsouth because they don’t think Stars are professional
- There are less jobs for everyone
What happens if my Trust Score is 50?
If your score drops below 50:
- You cannot grab jobs on Earn More
- You can still receive Inbox bookings
You must complete bookings with no incidents to increase your score.
What happens if my Trust Score is 20?
If your score drops below 20:
- Your account will be deactivated
This usually happens after multiple serious incidents.
How do I increase my Trust Score?
Your score goes up when:
- You complete bookings with no incidents
- Older incidents fall away
The Worker App will tell you how many clean bookings you need to remove an incident.
What if I disagree with an incident?
If you believe an incident is incorrect:
- Tap “Tap here if you disagree with this incident” in the app
- Open the WhatsApp chat
- Tell Support which booking and date
- Explain what happened
- Send proof (for example: doctor’s note or official document)
We will review serious cases.
How do I keep a high Trust Score?
Always:
- Press “Ready-to-Go” before cut-off
- Arrive on time
- Take leave early if needed
- Inform Support if something goes wrong
Professional Sweepstars always have GREEN Trust Scores.
