You're able to make certain changes to your bookings using the edit feature via the app. Please download the app to make use of this feature: https://sweepsouth.com/app/.
To change the number of hours booked
- From the home-screen, click on the necessary booking
- Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
- Increase or decrease (+/-) the number of estimated hours and click on 'Review'
- Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar
- If you are happy, click on 'Save repeat booking' if editing a recurring booking, or 'Save Booking' if editing a one-time booking
- Edits can be made up til 12pm (midday), the day before the booking, or
- Up until your SweepStar has confirmed the day before
Indoor booking: the system estimates a total cleaning time based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and additional tasks you select. We don't encourage the adjustment of these hours too much as these are based on a number of factors and ensures SweepStars have enough time to clean your home and complete any additional tasks you may have. Keep in mind that this is just an estimate and could change based on your home and specific cleaning needs (e.g. if your home is bigger or smaller, the level of cleaning required or for example the amount of ironing required).
Outdoor booking: please ensure that you book sufficient time for your SweepStar and provide them with a list of tasks reasonable to complete within that time period.
