Yes, you're able to make certain changes to your bookings using the edit feature via the app. Please download the app to make use of this feature: https://sweepsouth.com/app/.
What bookings can I edit
- You can edit a one-time booking
- You can make an edit to your recurring booking, but this edit will be applied to all upcoming bookings within your recurring set
What changes can I make?
- Change your SweepStar
- Increase or decrease number of bedrooms
- Increase or decrease number of bathrooms
- Add or remove any extras
- Change the estimated hours (increase or decrease)
- Add or remove cleaning products (indoor booking only)
- Change the date
- Change the start time
How to make changes (via the app)
Change my SweepStar
- From the home-screen, click on the necessary booking
- Click on the SweepStar's profile picture
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Change SweepStar'
- You will now be presented with a list of alternate, available SweepStars
Note that you will be unable to change the SweepStar after 12pm (midday) the day before, or, if your SweepStar has already confirmed (the day before) or if you've already changed your SweepStar before
Make any other edits
- From the home-screen, click on the necessary booking
- Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
- Make the necessary changes and click on 'Review'
- Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar - If you are happy, click on 'Save repeat booking' if editing a recurring booking, or 'Save Booking' if editing a one-time booking
Leave a note for your SweepStar
- Under 'All bookings' click on the 3 dots '...' and click on 'Leave a note'
- Here you will be able to add a special instruction or directions for your SweepStar
Limitations
- Edits can be made up til 12pm (midday), the day before the booking, or
- Up until your SweepStar has confirmed the day before
For any urgent, last-minute changes, please submit a query to our support team and they will attempt to best support any necessary changes.
