Once you've completed your booking and all is confirmed, we'll give you the option to add in any special instructions.
You can pop onto your app at any point before the booking, click the 3 dots (...) next to the booking and select 'Leave a note' and you'll be able to leave a short message for your SweepStar.
You are also welcome to submit a query to our support team, with any special requests you may have. Please ensure all requests and notes are in-line with general domestic cleaning. This information is only seen by your SweepStar and not monitored by the office.
We do not charge anything extra should you elect to add extra tasks. All bookings are charged by the hour so you would only pay for the extra time required to perform the task. The extra tasks we currently offer are dependent on the type of 'office' you have - these options will be presented to you during the booking process. Our professional SweepStars are also able to perform other general cleaning tasks which may be specific to your office, such as sweeping the patio or balcony area. We kindly ask that you specify any special requirements when your SweepStar arrives at your booking.
