Would you like to change the SweepStar on a single booking and try another one of our wonderful SweepStars? You can now make this change yourself:
- Click 'Account' in the top right corner and from there click on 'Bookings'
- From here you'll be able to view all your upcoming bookings - one-time and recurring bookings.
To view all bookings within a recurring set, click on the little blue triangle next to the booking number and this will expand to display all upcoming bookings within the set
- Select the booking number of the relevant booking
- Here you will be able to view all the details regarding this particular booking, about half-way down, we'll provide you with a bit more detail about your SweepStar, click on "Change SweepStar"
- Now you'll be presented with a screen to make your change
- To make a change to the SweepStar just for this single booking, make sure that 'For this appointment' is selected (the block will be blue when selected)
- Take a moment to read about a few of our available SweepStars and decide who you would like allocated to your booking, click on "Pick SweepStar" for the SweepStar that you would like allocated
- This change will now be saved
- Tap on the menu (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner)
- Tap on bookings - here you will be able to see all your upcoming bookings (both one-time and recurring bookings)
- Tap on the booking you would like to change
- Under 'Your SweepStar', tap on the arrow (>)
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Change SweepStar'
- First step: tap on 'For this appointment' (will turn blue) this will ensure that the change you make will only affect this particular appointment
- Here we'll show you a selection of other available SweepStars - you can tap on a different SweepStar to select them and you'll be able to read more about them, if you're happy with the new SweepStar, tap on 'Save' in the top right corner
