What happened to my booking which I have confirmed yesterday? If you have confirmed a booking but it does not show up on your app anymore, this means that your client has changed her/his mind and cancelled the booking. Unfortunately, this still happens, SweepSouth does not have any influence on the clients’ wishes! If the client cancelled the booking after 3 pm, you will receive a late-cancellation fee. If the client cancelled the booking before 3 pm, unfortunately you will not receive the cancellation fee.
