Do the following if you did not bring cleaning products to a booking:
- Apologise to the client.
- Ask for permission to use their cleaning products instead.
- Let the client know that you will contact SweepSouth to refund them for the cleaning products they paid for.
Remember: Always check whether a booking requires you to bring cleaning products. Money to buy cleaning products is sent out twice a day (except on weekends) at 07:00 and 15:00, so make sure you request cleaning products before that time in your Worker app (see the How do I request cleaning products? article).
