If you break something in the client’s house, notify the client immediately and take pictures of the damaged product and the brand/model number. You should then notify Support and send them the pictures of the damage.
Please note that you are only covered for accidental damage and not negligent damage to property.
Accidental damage to property is when you make a mistake that could not have been avoided. For example, if you trip over a mat and drop a glass by mistake. Negligent damage to property is when you do something careless and damage the client’s property as a result. For example, if you wash dark and white clothes together and dye the white clothes. You may be held responsible for this type of damage.
