Do the following if you are running late:
- Log in to your app and press Today’s Jobs.
- Select the job card.
- Press I’m running late.
- Select your reason for running late under Reason for running late.
- Choose how late you think you will be under How late do you think you will be?
- Press Report.
This will send an SMS to your client and to Support. If you do not do this, we will not know that you are running late and your booking could be cancelled.
