STEP 1: If you are running late, you must notify Support and your client by going to ‘I’m
STEP 2: Choose the reason for why you are running late.
STEP 3: Then choose how late you think you will be.
STEP 4: Finally, press ‘Report’. This will send an SMS to your client and a message to Support. If you do not do this, we will not know that you are running late and your booking could be cancelled. Remember if you have not given yourself enough time to arrival you will need to start the process again and start with STEP 1 again and follow the process.
