To receive a refund for buying cleaning products, send a clear copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt must show the date and time of purchase and the products that are listed in the Worker app.
To see the approved products that you can buy, log in to your app and press Inventory.
Remember: Your cleaning products should last for at least 4 bookings. You will not receive a refund if you have been to less than 4 bookings that required cleaning products since your last request.
