When creating a booking, our platform will advise an estimate of the hours it will take to clean your property, based on the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and the additional tasks you select.
Previously, for bookings totaling in excess of 10 hours, you would be assigned 2 SweepStars to the booking. Based on overwhelming feedback from our customers, SweepSouth will no longer automatically allocate two SweepStars to a booking. Instead, we will offer you the opportunity to make an additional appointment for the same day if you require two SweepStars or for you to make an additional appointment on another day with a single SweepStar.
The maximum number of hours you're able to select per booking is 9 hours (ensuring you allow a one-hour lunch break for your SweepStar).
