When you work your way through our booking process, you will be able to select a SweepStar (indoor or outdoor) from a list of available SweepStars in your area, but what does the 'number' mean?
In the SweepStar 'snapshot' you will see the SweepStar SweepScore!.
SweepStar SweepScore:
The SweepStar SweepScore is a SweepStar's overall score/rating and this is calculated based on a number of factors incl. the ratings that customers have given and a SweepStar's acceptance rate of the bookings they are allocated to.
Customer Rating:
On completion of a service, we send customers an email and encourage them to rate their SweepStar and provide them with feedback (via the website or app). Clients can rate their SweepStar from 1 to 5 stars. A SweepStar's customer rating is an average of his or her last 70 completed services. Customer ratings are largely based on how a client rated the SweepStar's time in their home/on their property - attitude, quality, service.
Acceptance Rate:
This score speaks to the reliability of a SweepStar - how likely they are to accept a booking they are allocated to. Keep in mind that as independent contractors, SweepStars have full control over their schedules as well as the acceptance of bookings. This particular item is used to ensure that SweepStars who are not reliable can be monitored and offered guidance. In instances where SweepStars are unable to meet the standards expected, this will unfortunately no longer be able to work via the platform.
