In order to remove your account, please open your app and follow the below steps:
- Click on the menu in the top left (3 horizontal lines)
- Click on the pencil icon
- Click on 'Delete Profile'
This will cancel any upcoming bookings that were scheduled and will remove your personal information (including any cards you had added to your profile).
If you do not have the app, you'll need to get in touch with our customer support team - they'll be able to remove your account - please submit a query to our support team.
If you ever decide to come back, you'll need to get in touch with us to reactivate your account.
