It sounds like you may be referring to a recurring booking set - are you only able to see the booking reference for the first booking that took place? (This only affects web users).
For recurring bookings, you will only be able to see the booking reference number from the first booking within the set, all you need to do is click on the little blue arrow on the left of the booking reference number and you will be able to see all of the bookings within the recurring set.
If the above is not the case, please ensure that you are logged into the website or app using the correct email address.
- Website: click on 'Account' in the top right corner, here you will be able to see the email address attached to your SweepSouth account
- App: click on the menu in the top left hand corner (3 horizontal lines), tap the pencil icon, here you will be able to see the email address attached to your SweepSouth account
