Note: You will be unable to edit any of the addresses already listed on your profile, but you are able to remove any addresses that you no longer want on your profile.
- Simply click on the address
- Scroll down to the bottom
- Click 'Remove'
To add a new address
When you create any new booking you will have the option to either select a previously used (saved) address or you will be able to add in a new address. This is the very first step within the booking process.
Each time you schedule a booking, any new address will be saved and you'll be able to select any of these addresses in the future.
On the very first step of the booking process, you will be prompted to either choose an existing address or to 'Add new location'. If you would like to change your address, you can do so when making your booking and selecting 'Add new location'.
Change the address on an existing booking(s)
If you need to change your address against an upcoming one-time booking or a recurring booking subscription, please ensure you get in touch with our support team by submitting a query, in advance. We may need to assign a new SweepStar to your booking if you've moved quite far from your old address.
