Note: You will be unable to edit any of the addresses already listed on your profile, but you are able to remove any addresses that you no longer want on your profile.
- Simply click on the address
- Scroll down to the bottom
- Click 'Remove'
To add a new address
When you create any new booking you will have the option to either select a previously used (saved) address or you will be able to add in a new address. This is the very first step within the booking process.
Each time you schedule a booking, any new address will be saved and you'll be able to select any of these addresses in the future.

On the very first step of the booking process, you will be prompted to:
- Choose an existing address by clicking 'Select' under 'Choose your Location', or
- You can simply click on 'Add new location' if you'd like to add a new address
- Add in the suburb or postal code for the new address and you'll be presented with several options, select the correct one
- Then, on Step 2 you'll be able to fill in the full address under 'Your Location'
- This address will then be saved against your profile and you'll be able to book for this address whenever you create a new booking. It will be available under the 'Choose your Location' options on step 1 of the booking process

As a returning user, should you need to book for an alternate address, you can follow the below steps:
- When you open your app, tap on 'Book a Service'
- On step 1, right at the top of your screen you'll see an address, tap on this
- Your previously used address will load, simply tap on the cross 'X'
- Then tap on the address and start typing the new address and you'll be presented with several options, select the correct one
- Tap on 'Use Location'
- This address will then be saved against your profile and you'll be able to book for this address whenever you create a new booking. It will be available under the 'Saved Locations' options on step 1 of the booking process
Change the address on an existing booking(s)
If you need to change your address against an upcoming one-time booking or a recurring booking subscription, please ensure you get in touch with our support team by submitting a query, in advance. We may need to assign a new SweepStar to your booking if you've moved quite far from your old address.
