Once you've created a booking and received confirmation of the booking, you will be able to get in touch with the SweepStar assigned.
- Visit your bookings: https://sweepsouth.com/accounts/profile/bookings/
- Click on the necessary booking
- (Keep in mind if it is a booking within a recurring set, click on the '>' next to the booking number to expand and see all bookings)
- Here you will be able to see all the details for your booking including details about the SweepStar, their number will also be available for you to get in touch
We don't encourage your messaging your SweepStar too far in advance with any form of instructions due to their busy schedules and the number of clients they assist. We would suggest only messaging the evening before or the morning of the booking.
