Did your SweepStar finish the job to your satisfaction in record time? If that's the case, she should only log the number of hours of work completed. If however you've been billed for the full time, please contact our support team and we'll correct this for you. We apologise for this inconvenience and frustration.
Please note that our bookings are subject to a 3 hour minimum.
If your SweepStar left the job unfinished please be sure to rate them and indicate this. Our support team will then be able to assess your feedback and provide you with a voucher for any work not completed or completed unsatisfactorily as per our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Any SweepStar rated lower than three stars won't be matched with you again.
As per our Satisfaction Guarantee, on assessment of your feedback, we will provide you with a voucher to schedule another booking for another SweepStar to re-perform the tasks completed poorly or not completed at all. The hours granted will be based on tasks completed poorly or not completed at all at the discretion of the Company. Please also familiarise yourself with our Satisfaction Guarantee.
