We've been listening and understand that some clients would still like to pay their SweepStar in the event that they need to cancel a booking(s) (whether it's due to Covid-19 isolating or just wanting to offer a Christmas gift) so we've put measures in place for clients who wish to do this.
If you would like to CANCEL an upcoming one-time booking and CONTRIBUTE towards your SweepStar, follow the below steps:
- Visit: https://sweepsouth.com/accounts/profile/bookings/
- Click on the relevant booking
- Scroll down and click on 'Cancel This Appointment'
- Here you will be able to select from a list of reasons, including 'Festive Cancellation' which gives you the option to contribute R150 or R300 once off
- Add detail and under 'Are you sure you wish to cancel this appointment?' click 'Yes'
