We've been listening and understand that some clients would still like to pay their SweepStar in the event that they need to cancel a booking(s) (whether it's due to Covid-19 isolating or just wanting to offer a Christmas gift) so we've put measures in place for clients who wish to do this.
If you would like to CANCEL one, several or all of your upcoming bookings within your recurring set and CONTRIBUTE towards your SweepStar, follow the below steps:
- Open your app where you will see a breakdown of upcoming and past bookings
- (You can also click on the menu [three horizontal lines, top-left corner] to view all upcoming bookings by clicking on 'Bookings')
- Tap on an upcoming booking set that you would like to cancel
- Tap on 'More Options' at the bottom
- To cancel your full recurring set, tap on 'Cancel Repeat Appointment'
To cancel a one-time or one within your recurring set, tap on 'Cancel Appointment'
- Here you will be able to select from a list of reasons (e.g. I won't be home, COVID Conerns, etc.)
- Scroll down where you will be able to select an amount to contribute towards your SweepStar (pre-selected or custom amount)
- Click on 'Submit'
