Would you like to change the SweepStar on an upcoming or all your upcoming bookings and try another one of our wonderful SweepStars? You can now make this change yourself.
- Click 'Account' in the top right corner and from there click on 'Bookings'
- From here you'll be able to view all your upcoming bookings - one-time and recurring bookings.
For a single booking within a recurring set, click on the little blue triangle next to the booking number and this will expand to display all upcoming bookings within the set
- Find and click on the booking number of the relevant booking where you would like to select a different SweepStar allocated
- Here you will be able to view all the details regarding this particular booking, about half-way down, we'll provide you with a bit more detail about your SweepStar, click on "Change SweepStar"
- Now you'll be presented with a screen to make your change
- To make a change to the SweepStar just for this single booking, make sure that 'For this appointment' is selected (the block will be blue when selected)
- To make a change to the SweepStar from this point onwards, make sure that 'For all upcoming' is selected (the block will be blue when selected)
- Take a moment to read about a few of our available SweepStars and decide who you would like allocated to your bookings, click on "Pick SweepStar" for the SweepStar that you would like allocated
- This change will now be saved
