We understand that some clients may want to show appreciation to their SweepStars, even when cancelling a booking - whether due to a strike or just to spread some holiday cheer. To make it easier, we've introduced a special feature for those who wish to contribute a little extra to their SweepStars.
If you're ready to bring some joy into cancelling and add a little extra for your awesome SweepStar, just follow these steps:
- Open your app and click on the menu [three horizontal lines, top-left corner]
- Click on Bookings to view all upcoming bookings
- Select the upcoming booking that you would like to cancel
- Tap on 'More Options' at the bottom
- To cancel your full recurring set, tap on 'Cancel Repeat Appointment'
To cancel a one-time or one within your recurring set, tap on 'Cancel Appointment'
- Here you will be able to select from a list of reasons (e.g. I won't be home)
- Scroll down where you will be able to select an amount to contribute towards your SweepStar (pre-selected or custom amount)
- Click on 'Submit'
