Our SweepStars have experience in general domestic cleaning and are not able to perform any form of deep cleaning, scrubbing or steam cleaning which is often required for a pre/post-move clean.
Whilst the property may not contain any furniture, we have found that our SweepStars require more time to clean the space and encourage you to be aware of this - please ensure that you do not adjust hours down as we will be unable to compensate you.
A lot of tasks required for this fall outside a general domestic clean (e.g. standing on any ladders to get to hard-to-reach areas, any form of mildew/mould removal).
Our SweepStars travel independently to their bookings using public transport and as such, we do not supply any cleaning equipment. We ask that there are cloths, a bucket, a mop and a broom available for the SweepStar at the booking.
Our service does not send out teams of cleaners, instead one SweepStar will be assigned to your booking. If we estimate that a clean will take in excess of 9.5 hours or if you're in need of a second set of hands we'll advise you to create a second booking -we'd encourage you to create a second booking on that same day or perhaps you would like someone to visit your property for 2 to 3 consecutive days to get all the work done!
The maximum number of hours you're able to select per booking is 9.5 hours (ensuring you allow a one-hour lunch break for your SweepStar).
