When booking a clean, many customers feel that it may come with some risk, as you are allowing a stranger into your home. We understand this and want to always offer our customers peace of mind.
In partnership with SureStart and TPI Insurance (specialists in the digital insurance space) we give you the option to select insurance cover for your bookings, offering you comprehensive peace of mind during your indoor or outdoor cleaning appointments. To ensure that SweepStars can still bring extra love and passion to your home without the fear of breaking your everyday favourite decorations, glassware, crockery, clothing and other movable items, we’re introducing an all-risk insurance product.
You can insure your indoor and/or outdoor bookings:
- One-time booking = R19
- Recurring booking = R12/booking (savings!)
Choosing to insure your booking offers:
- Cover for a broader range of accidental breakages, damages, and loss
- Enjoy accidental damage or loss cover for household and immovable items up to R5000
- Also enjoy all risk cover for all your movable, non-household items up to R3000
- 10% excess applied to all claims

Not only will this cover the occasional mishaps that happen while your SweepStar is giving you a clean, happy home but it will also give you comfort against any concerns you might have around any rare cases of theft.
