This is not a problem at all and we can certainly assist with this. We do encourage clients to ensure the extra task falls in-line with general domestic cleaning and in-line with the outdoor cleaning tasks offered.
Here is a list of the tasks you can book via the outdoor feature:
- General cleaning
- Outside windows
- Car washing
- Pool cleaning
SweepStars will be able to assist in completing any additional tasks that fall within the above mentioned.
Once you have selected the outdoor tasks you would like your SweepStar to do, if you have any extra specific requests regarding that task, we kindly ask that you specify these special requirements when your SweepStar arrives at your booking or to leave detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can leave a note via the website when creating your booking or via the app at any stage before the booking.
Once you've completed your booking and all is confirmed, we'll give you the option to add in any special instructions.
You can pop onto your app at any point before the booking, click the 3 dots (...) next to the booking and select 'Leave a note' and you'll be able to leave a short message for your SweepStar.
We also encourage you to adjust the booking hours accordingly for the extra time required to perform the additional tasks.
Please ensure all requests and notes are in-line with general domestic outdoor cleaning.
Please note we do not supply any equipment or cleaning products/agents. SweepStars are unable to assist with any form of rubbish or rubble removal from your property!
We ask that you provide your SweepStar with all the necessary cleaning equipment required to complete the selected tasks, such as a lawnmower, weedeater, rake, outdoor broom, rubbish bags, etc. as well as any other specific cleaning agents/products they may need at your property (lawn feed, car wash & polish, braai cleaner, chlorine, pool chemicals, etc).
