We've introduced a fantastic way to show your appreciation and support for your favourite SweepStar! Now, after your next booking, don't forget to rate your SweepStar. If you rate them with 3, 4, or 5 stars, you'll be offered the option to give a tip.
But here's the best part - we're also offering you the chance to set up a recurring tip for future bookings! Don't worry, this is completely optional, and you can skip this step if you prefer.
Here's how to set up a recurring tip:
- After your booking is done, open the app and head to 'All Bookings' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the completed booking.
- Give your SweepStar a well-deserved rating.
- If you rate them with 3, 4, or 5 stars, you'll be prompted to add a tip if you'd like.
- Tap 'Submit & Tip'.
- We'll then give you the option to set a recurring tip. Tap 'Set a recurring tip' (or skip if you wish).
- We'll confirm that your recurring tip has been set.
Each week, we'll make sure that the set tip amount is added to your invoice and paid directly to your SweepStar, ensuring they receive 100% of their well-deserved tips.
And what if your preferred SweepStar is unavailable? No worries! If another SweepStar takes over the booking, the recurring tip will be removed. After the service, you'll be able to rate the new SweepStar and, if you're happy with their work, you can choose to tip them.
