A onetime booking is a single job, on one day.

Step by step

1. Open Earn More: https://sweepsouth.datafree.co/worker/v2/earnMore

2. Open the "Onetime Bookings" section

You will see a card for each job. The card shows you:

• The service, with a picture — for example Laundry and Ironing
• The date and the start time
• The area code and the address
• Earn: how much you will get, for example R 234.90

3. Tap "View details"

Always do this before you grab. On the details page you can check:

• Service — the work the customer needs
• Customer — who you will be working for
• Area — tap the green address to open it in Google Maps. Check how far it is and how you will travel there.
• Date — the day and the start time
• Instructions — exactly what the customer wants done
• Earnings — what you will be paid

At the top of the page you will also see the booking number, for example SS6544179. If you ever need to ask SweepSouth Support about this job, send them this number. It helps us find the exact booking quickly.

4. Tap "Grab booking"

5. Check the question, then say yes

A box will come up:

Grab booking You are about to grab 1 booking — SS6544179 for Jess Quin on Fri, 07 Aug @ 08:00 AM. ARE YOU SURE?

Read the date and the time one more time. If it is correct, tap Yes, grab booking.

If you are not sure, tap Cancel. Nothing will happen.

6. You are done

The job is now yours. The app takes you to your Upcoming jobs page, where you will see it.

Very important: check before you grab

Jobs go fast, and this makes some Sweepstars grab quickly without reading. Please do not do this.

Before you tap Yes, grab booking, ask yourself:

• Can I travel to this address? How much will the taxi cost me?
• Am I free on that day, at that time?
• Do I have enough time to finish all the hours?

Once you grab a job, it is yours. It is accepted straight away. You cannot decline it and you cannot give it back.

Example: Sipho sees a job with good pay and grabs it fast. Later he sees that the address is 2 hours away by taxi. He cannot give the job back. Now he must travel 2 hours, or do a late_cancel and take a rule-break on his Trust Score. If Sipho had tapped the address first, he would have seen the problem.

After you grab

If the job is not for today or tomorrow, you must still mark it as Ready to Go the day before.
