A recurring booking is the same customer, again and again. It can repeat every week, or every second week.

These jobs give you steady, regular work and steady income.

You get the whole set

This is the most important thing to understand.

When you grab a recurring booking, you get every day in the set, and every future booking with that customer. You cannot choose only one day.

Example: a customer books Wednesday and Sunday. If you grab this job, you get the Wednesdays and the Sundays. You must be free on both days.

The app will tell you exactly how many bookings you are taking before you say yes.

Step by step

1. Open Earn More

Open your Worker App: https://sweepsouth.datafree.co/worker/v2/earnMore

2. Open the "Recurring Bookings" section

Each card shows:

• The service, with a picture — for example Moms-Helper
• Recurring, and the days — for example Wed, Sun
• The next date and start time
• The area code and address
• Earn: the amount for all the days on the card

3. Tap "View details"

This page has everything you need. Check it carefully:

• The orange warning at the top. It tells you how often the job repeats — for example "This booking repeats every 2nd week. Only grab if you can go on all days."
• Area — tap the green address to open Google Maps and check your travel.
• How Often? — for example Every 2nd Week
• Start date — the day and time of your first job, for example 12 August 2026 @ 7am
• Booking days — the days in green are the days you will work
• Booking Details — the start time and hours for each day, for example:
  • Wednesday — @ 7am for 9 hours
  • Sunday — @ 7:30am for 8 hours
• Instructions — what the customer needs done
• Earnings — the amount for each day, for example Wednesday: R 381.60, Sunday: R 389.50

At the top of the page you will also see a number and the customer's name, for example #680227 — Brad Macleod. This number is for the whole set, not for one day. If you need to ask SweepSouth Support about this job, send them this number. It lets us see all the bookings in the set at once.

4. Tap "Grab booking"

5. Check the question, then say yes

A box will come up:

Grab recurring bookings You are about to grab 13 indoor bookings for Chandrè Fourir. ARE YOU SURE?

Look at that number. In this example it is 13 bookings, not one. That is your promise to the customer.

If you are sure, tap Yes, grab recurring bookings.

If you are not sure, tap Cancel. Nothing will happen.

6. You are done

You are now the Sweepstar for all of those bookings. You will see them in your Upcoming jobs page.

Before you grab a recurring booking, ask yourself

• Am I free on all of these days, every time?
• Can I afford the travel every time?
• Can I keep doing this for a long time?

A recurring booking is a promise to the customer. The customer is trusting that the same Sweepstar will come each time.

If you take a recurring booking and then stop going, the customer is left with nobody, and you will get rule-breaks that lower your Trust Score.

Only grab a recurring booking if you can keep it.

After you grab

You must still mark each booking as Ready to Go the day before it happens.
