Grabbing the job is not the last step.

For most jobs, you must still mark the booking as Ready to Go the day before the job.

The rule

Example: today is Monday. You grab a job for Friday. On Thursday you must open the booking and mark it Ready to Go.

Example: today is Monday. You grab a job for Tuesday. This is urgent, so it is marked Ready to Go for you. You do not need to do anything.

Why this matters — you can lose the job

Ready to Go is how you tell SweepSouth: "Yes, I am still coming to this job."

If you do not mark it Ready to Go, we do not know if you are still coming. The customer cannot be left with nobody.

So the booking can be sent back to Earn More, and another Sweepstar can grab it.

You will lose the job, and you will lose the money.

Example: Nomsa grabs a good job for next Saturday. She forgets about it. On Friday she does not mark it Ready to Go. The booking goes back to Earn More on Friday evening. Another Sweepstar grabs it. On Saturday, Nomsa has no job.

What to do

1. When you grab a job, look at the date.
2. If it is not today or tomorrow, remember the day before the job.
3. On that day, open the booking in your Jobs page and mark it Ready to Go.

A good habit: check your Jobs page every evening, at the same time you check Earn More for new jobs.

Remember

• Grabbing a job is not the same as saying Ready-to-go.
• Urgent jobs (today or tomorrow) are marked as Ready-To-Go for you.
• All other jobs: mark Ready to Go the day before, or you can lose the job.
