Oh no - we're so sorry if your SweepStar has become unavailable for your self-managed booking. Please note that we do not offer replacements when your SweepStar becomes unavailable for a self-managed booking - an available SweepStar will not automatically be allocated to your booking.
Should you wish to schedule a once-off booking with another SweepStar when your SweepStar is unavailable, please pop onto our site or app to schedule a one-time booking. You can read more about Creating Bookings here.
Please note that you will charged the fees associated with one-time bookings when scheduling via the platform.
Please note that if you are no longer happy with the self-managed arrangement we would encourage you to cancel the bookings and create a new set of self-managed bookings with an alternate SweepStar. Note that our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to self-managed bookings.
