Oh no - we're so sorry if your SweepStar has become unavailable for your private booking. Please note that we do not offer replacements when your SweepStar becomes unavailable for a private booking - an available SweepStar will not automatically be allocated to your booking.
Should you wish to schedule a once-off booking with another SweepStar when your SweepStar is unavailable, please pop onto our site or app to schedule a one-time booking. You can read more about Creating Bookings here.
Please note that you will charged the fees associated with one-time bookings when scheduling via the platform.
Please note that if you are no longer happy with the private arrangement we would encourage you to cancel the bookings and consider setting up a private arrangement with an alternate SweepStar. Note that our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to private bookings.
