We're giving you the opportunity to make use of our tech to simplify your self-managed bookings.
While you'll be managing the relationship with your SweepStar and using our tech to facilitate this, the most important part is that we're here to assist you with payments - we'll still make sure that your preferred payment method is charged once the booking is complete and that your SweepStar receives their pay (100% of the booking fee) each week.
Please note that if you are no longer happy with the self-managed arrangement we would encourage you to cancel the bookings and create a new set of self-managed bookings with an alternate SweepStar. Note that our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to self-managed bookings.
