When a client creates a booking, they are looking forward to seeing you so it's important that you don't let them down - don't cancel your booking on the day!
- If you can't attend a booking - take a day off in your app ahead of time
How do I take a day off
- Go to: "Days Off" in your app
- Click on "Take Days Off"
- Choose the days that you would like to take off
- Tell us why you are not able to work on those days
- Click on "Request Days Off"
Will I get an incident (a red face/doll)
- If you take a day off on the day of your booking you will get an incident (a red face/doll)
- Your reliability score will go down
- 3 x same-day cancellation incidents within 30 days = deactivation :(
What if I have an emergency?
- If you cannot make your booking, even if there is an emergency, take a day off in the app
- Send a message to your support team
- Your reason for the same-day cancellation will be reviewed
- In some cases, we will remove the incident
Planning ahead is SO important - it is very serious if you cancel on the same day. As soon as you know that you won't be able to work - take a day off.
REMEMBER: No same-day cancellations = A high reliability score = MORE jobs!
