SweepSouth is committed to the principle of collective bargaining and recognises the important role of collective bodies representing workers, including trade unions, in promoting and developing good relations and health and safety practices.
SweepSouth is also dedicated to improving the lives of SweepStars and constantly looks for ways and mediums to improve their experience and livelihoods. Therefore, should a trade union or other worker organisation approach SweepSouth, we would be willing to recognise the body, provided they can prove to SweepSouth that they have sufficient representation amongst SweepStars.
