During the booking process, you'll be able to see the selected SweepStar's profile where you can find out more about them.

Under step 2, 'Review Booking', you'll be able to see the selected SweepStar's profile. Click on '>' to learn more about them. You can also click on 'Change SweepStar' and select someone else if you want.
Once you've confirmed your booking, we'll pop you an email with your booking details. This email will also contain more info about your SweepStar.
Once you've created a booking and received confirmation of the booking, you will be able to get in touch with the SweepStar assigned:
- Open your app
- You'll be able to view your next booking under 'Up Next'
- Alternatively, click on the menu (3 horizontal lines in the top left)
- Tap on 'Bookings'
- Upcoming to view all your upcoming bookings
- Tap on the relevant booking
- Here you will be able to view all your booking details as well as being able to contact your SweepStar by clicking on:
- Call
- Message
We don't encourage your messaging your SweepStar too far in advance with any form of instructions due to their busy schedules and the number of clients they assist. We would suggest only messaging the evening before or the morning of the booking.
