You're able to cancel an upcoming booking up until midday, the afternoon before your scheduled booking. Bookings cancelled after midday the day before the appointment will incur a late cancellation charge per service provider. A service fee may still apply.
Unfortunately, after midday the afternoon before, a SweepStar won't be able to pick up another booking for the following day so this cancellation fee covers their loss of work for a day as well as any transport costs that may have been incurred where a booking is cancelled on the morning of the booking.
We understand that emergencies do happen, but please do try to get in touch with us for any last-minute cancellations. A late cancellation fee will still apply to ensure your SweepStar is paid, however you are welcome to request a voucher to this value to use against a future booking by submitting a query to our support team.
