We expect all SweepStars using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your SweepStar will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able, please keep in mind that often public transport delays will be out of their control.
Please allow 10 to 15 minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin, before reporting lateness. We do also monitor this on our side and will get in touch with your SweepStar when they haven't indicated their arrival, 15 minutes after the expected start time.
