Why we changed your SweepStar
Picture this: if your SweepStar needs a day off, faces unexpected challenges, or encounters an emergency, we've got an ace up our sleeve. We'll seamlessly assign another exceptional SweepStar to ensure your service goes ahead without a hitch. And guess what? It's not a manual change by our team. It's about empowering SweepStars to manage their schedules and job choices. We're all about linking you with top-tier service providers, making your experience absolutely fantastic!
Now, why might your SweepStar change or be unassigned? Well, there are a few reasons:
- You've requested a change post-booking.
- Your SweepStar encounters unforeseen circumstances, making them unexpectedly unavailable.
- Your regular SweepStar is on leave.
- Another client books your SweepStar just before you confirm your booking.
In the event a SweepStar can't confirm by 12 p.m., our system steps in, assign another in the area, and notifies you via email. In such cases, you can cancel the booking until midnight without any cancellation fee. If you want us to automatically cancel a recurring booking when your SweepStar is unavailable, just give us a call.
Regrettably, our system can't foresee unforeseen events like sudden illness or emergencies. But rest assured, we'll always do our utmost to assign your preferred SweepStar to your upcoming bookings.
