Grabbing jobs on Earn More is a privilege. You must be a reliable Sweepstar to use it.

There are two things to check:

1. Are you allowed to grab? (this is about you)
2. Does the job match you? (this is about the job)

You need both. If one is missing, you will not see the job.

Part 1: Are you allowed to grab?

You must have all three of these.

1. A Trust Score of 50 points or higher

If your Trust Score falls below 50 points, you cannot grab jobs on Earn More.

How to fix it: Complete more bookings with no rule-breaks. Your score will go up again. When you are back at 50 points or higher, you can grab jobs again.

Example: Zanele has 45 points. She cannot grab jobs. She does her next bookings on time, with no problems. Her score goes back above 50. Now she can grab jobs again.

You can see your Trust Score in your Worker App, under My Performance.

2. A star rating of 4.0 or higher

This is the average rating that customers give you.

How to fix it: do good work so that customers give you 4 and 5 stars.

3. An active account

If your account is suspended, you cannot grab jobs on Earn More. If your account is deactivated, you cannot grab jobs on Earn More.

Part 2: Does the job match you?

Even when you are allowed to grab, you will only see jobs that match your profile.

1. Your service

You only see jobs for the services you offer.

Example: Thabo only offers Indoor Cleaning. A Mom's Helper job will never show for Thabo. His app is not broken. He just does not offer that service.

2. Your operating areas

You only see jobs in the areas you added to your profile.

Example: Lindiwe works in Soweto only. A job in Sandton will not show for her.

3. You must be free at that time

If you already have a booking or a DAY OFF at that time, that job will not show for you. You cannot be in two places at once.

Good to know: Earn More lets you grab jobs on any day of the week. It does not matter which working days you chose in your profile. So you can grab a Sunday job even if Sunday is not one of your working days.
